🔧 Our Process
- Site Inspection & Client Briefing
We visited KNH, assessed the concrete substrate condition, and designed a tailored flooring solution to meet the hospital’s hygiene and safety standards. - Surface Preparation
Using industrial grinders, our team thoroughly cleaned and leveled the existing floor, removing dust, debris, and old pvc tiles. - Epoxy Application
We applied a medical-grade primer followed by self-leveling epoxy resin, ensuring smooth flow and even thickness. An antimicrobial topcoat was added to enhance hygiene. - Curing & Final Inspection
After 24–48 hours of curing, the floors were ready for use. We performed quality checks with the KNH maintenance team before handing over the site.
