Successful Epoxy Flooring Project

We start by the client choosing the desired picture/images for the 3D floor, after which we come up with the appropriate design. If he’s pleased, we proceed to print the different layers of the design. We also do the mounting / installation, using 3d epoxy resin to ensure durability even in high traffic areas, eg on shopping malls, garages and factories. The surface is hard, cannot easily break or slip.

Floor Preparation

The best option is to do a smooth ‘nil’ cement finish. But if you would like to apply epoxy primer, then a slightly rough finish is required. Epoxy can also be installed on top of tiles – no need to remove them.

Epoxy Intallation

Installation can take up to three days depending on the temperature and humidity of the room. The materials are environmentally-friendly with minimal caustic odours or fumes.

Choosing the right Design

You can use our gallery to select an appropriate image for your floor. Alternatively you can provide your own customized images.

Epoxy Curing

Ordinary epoxy can take 24-48 hrs to harden, after which the room can be used. But it takes more time to completely harden and become resistant to scratches.
